Greg Gardner GM has been committed to providing safe, quality and efficient service to our customers for over 26 years. With COVID-19 a reality, this commitment has never been more important than now. Automotive Services are an essential service and we will remain open to serve you. In order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers we are taking precautions and changing the way we do business.
PEOPLE: Our employees follow all recommendations of Canadian health officials. They are required to self-isolate if they have traveled outside of Canada or have had contact with any presumptive cases of COVID-19. They are practicing frequent hand washing and respecting a 2 meter social distance wherever possible. We request that our customers take the same precautions for the safety and security of all.
PLACE: We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting throughout the dealership and especially in high traffic areas. Hard surfaces are being frequently disinfected and hand sanitizers are strategically placed. Steering wheel and gearshift protectors are being used while we service your vehicle. All Service employees are wearing disposable gloves, and changing them frequently.
VEHICLE SERVICING: We are ensuring that you may continue to have your vehicle serviced in a safe and efficient manner. You are encouraged to book appointments online or by telephone whenever possible. We can keep you updated by text, email or phone. You may drop off at any time by respecting a 2 meter personal space or by dropping keys through our night slot. We can also arrange for vehicle pick-up at your home or work. To minimize the chance of disease transmission we will not be offering shuttle service or washing service vehicles for the foreseeable future.
VEHICLE SALES AND LEASING: As this may be the best time ever to consider a new or used vehicle, we remain open. General Motors is offering aggressive specials and our Used Vehicle Inventory has never been better. Most of the necessary vehicle information can be exchanged by phone, email or text. Test drives are encouraged and can be arranged in a safe manner. Finance options can also be discussed remotely and finance applications can be made online through our website.
